Welcome to The Mook XC Invite!
We are excited to welcome athletes, parents, families, alumni, and fans to the Oregon Coast for a full day of championship-style cross country racing.
The Mook is an exceptionally spectator-friendly course. With a little planning and some quick moving, you can see your athlete multiple times during the race. Please review the information below before leaving for Tillamook, especially our parking and spectator entrance instructions.

Purchase your admission online before arriving.
Online: $8 Adults • $4 Students
Race Day: $10 Adults • $5 Students
Buying ahead of time will save money and help get everyone through the entrance faster.
🚗 PARKING — PLEASE READ!
ALL spectator vehicles must park in the designated farmer’s field across from the EAST end of the golf course.
There is no spectator parking at the golf course itself.
SPECTATOR ENTRANCE
All spectators must enter through the EAST-SIDE entrance next to the designated parking area.
Please follow the signs when you arrive.
Do not park in neighboring yards, driveways, or along the roadway.
Keeping traffic out of our neighbors’ property is extremely important to the future of this event.

11:45 AM — Silver JV Boys — Under 21:00
12:10 PM — Silver JV Boys — Over 21:00
12:50 PM — Gold JV Girls
1:30 PM — Gold JV Boys
2:00 PM — Elite JV Girls
2:30 PM — Elite JV Boys
3:00 PM — Gold Varsity Girls

Check with your athlete or coach to confirm which race your athlete is entered in.
👀 FOLLOW YOUR RUNNER!
The Mook was designed to be an outstanding course for spectators as well as athletes.
Families who are willing to move around can see their runner at numerous points during the 5K.
Course Maps
IMPORTANT: Printed course maps will not be available onsite. Save the maps to your phone or print them before arriving.
🏃♀️ DON’T JUST WATCH — RUN THE MOOK!
Parents, coaches, alumni, siblings, and community runners are invited to experience the course themselves in the Open 5K.
Choose either:
8:30 AM or 5:00 PM
Results from both races will be combined.
Race-day registration will also be available at the team check-in table.
⛳ PLAY THE MINI MOOK
Make a day of it!
Our new 18-hole, all-natural grass Mini Mook will be open from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Online with your spectator ticket: $10 all-day pass
Onsite: $12 athletes/students • $16 adults
Athletes can turn in their scorecards, and the three lowest scores will each win a custom Nike race gymsack!

🐕 YES — DOGS ARE WELCOME!
The Mook XC Invite is dog friendly for this event.
Dogs must remain leashed and under control, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
☕ FOOD, COFFEE & CONCESSIONS
Come hungry!
We will have concessions throughout the day, including breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, hot and cold sandwiches later in the day, plus a coffee truck serving coffee and cold drinks throughout the event.
🛺 GOLF CART RENTALS
Golf carts will be available to rent for $30 near the spectator entrance on the east end of the property.
They can be a great option for grandparents, family members with limited mobility, or anyone who wants an easier way to get around the property.
⛳ PLEASE HELP US PROTECT THE GOLF COURSE
Remember that you’re visiting an active golf course.
Please:
- Stay off all putting greens
- Stay out of sand bunkers
- Follow marked spectator routes
- Keep dogs leashed
- Pick up all garbage
- Follow instructions from meet staff and course monitors
We want cross country athletes to enjoy this property for years to come, and we appreciate everyone’s help taking care of it.
