First, thank you very much for purchasing a membership at The Mook at Alderbrook. I believe you will enjoy playing our course and will see the improvements as the weeks progress.
I want to invite you to a special members-only preview this Saturday, March 25, at 10 am. We will meet outside the Proshop and our staff will take your picture to add to your profile in our system. Patrick Zweifel will share with you the course progress and what you can expect to see this year. You will have the opportunity to walk the course and we can also provide a very limited number of carts for those that need them.
Many have asked when you can book tee times and you can do that now. You should have already received an activation email to get your Chronogolf account setup up. This verifies you as a member, a very important step. Make sure you activate your account before you try to book a time. Once you do that, go to www.themook.com and click on “book a tee time”. When you click “book a tee time” you will be taken to the platform to complete your booking.
Our golf staff is not working full days but we will do our best to help you by phone if you need it. Our number is (971) 289-GOLF (4653) and then when prompted press 2 for the Proshop. We can also book a time for you this Saturday in person at the preview.
There are some members that we don’t have an email addresses and we hope this can be rectified in the coming days.
